What do I wear to class?

Beginners, wear clothes you wear similar to a yoga class. Leggings and a form fitting t-shirt are perfect. As you progress, short shorts and tank tops will required. 

Please refrain from applying oils and lotions to the skin on the days you are coming to class as it may lead you to slip from the pole.

No rings. No exceptions, as they damage the poles and damage your precious jewelry. 

 

Class environment

Dreams Pole fitness is an inclusive and supportive space. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. 

As a courtesy to all and especially those with allergies, please do not wear perfumes when coming into the studio.  


Do I need to wear shoes?

No running shoes allowed. High heels are not mandatory. However as you progress and get comfortable, shoes add a special layer of fun and adventure to your practice. Go ahead, try it both ways! 

Do I need dance or previous fitness experience?

Absolutely not! If you're feeling out of shape, weak or stiff as a board pole fitness is an excellent way to tone up, burn calories, gain strength, endurance and become flexible. 

Is there any nudity?

Never. Dreams Pole fitness is a fitness studio. We help you discover your strength and sensuality in a nurturing environment. 

Who can attend a pole fitness class?

We reserve our classes for individuals of all shapes and sizes 18 years of age and older. However you should not practice pole fitness if have an active previous injury; A previous injury that has not been cleared by medical professional; or you have a heart problem.
